How soon will you reply?
Within one working day, usually much sooner on WhatsApp.
How far ahead should I book?
For summer journeys and festival dates, three to six months ahead is ideal. Winter trips and private journeys can often be arranged at shorter notice.
How do payments work?
A 25% advance confirms your booking and the balance is due 30 days before travel. We accept bank transfer, UPI and cards.
Do you arrange flights?
We can suggest the best flights and timings, but we recommend booking flights yourself so you keep full control of changes.
Can you help with travel insurance?
We'll tell you what your policy should cover — especially high-altitude evacuation and trekking above 4,000 m — but we don't sell insurance ourselves.
Can I travel with children or older relatives?
Often, yes. We'll suggest a gentler route, shorter drives and extra rest days. Please check with your doctor before travelling to high altitude.
